On your first purchase of a qualifying Ruff Greens product1, after you’ve tried it for 90 days, if the nutritional program doesn't fully meet your expectations for any reason, phone us at 214-783-3364 (7am - 6pm CST) or email us within 30 days at info@ruffgreens.com and share how we could have made the product better for you and your pet. Our dedicated customer service staff will gather a little more information about your experience and refund your purchase price (original shipping charge not included).

On any purchase of a qualifying product, if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, follow the same procedure and we’ll refund your purchase price less a 20% re-stocking fee (original shipping charge not included) after we receive the returned product from you in an undamaged condition in its original package.

Of course, should any of our products arrive damaged or defective, let us know and we’ll set up an exchange.

How returns work: After our dedicated team of customer service representatives talk with you, they’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Keep that number, because it is crucial for all refund inquiries. We’ll swiftly send a return label to the email address we have on record (or mail you a printed one, if you prefer). Please then return the product to us in an undamaged condition. 

Transparency is a core value for us, and we'd like to clarify that the initial Jump Start Trial, which carries no product cost, isn't eligible for a refund. Moreover, returns for our Pack Pak are not within the scope of our return policy. However, when it comes to certain Ruff Dog Toys, we wholeheartedly stand behind their quality, backed by a lifetime guarantee. Should you encounter any issues with our virtually indestructible toys, just reach out to us, and we'll be more than delighted to coordinate an exchange.

1. This 90-Day Guarantee does not apply to Pak Pack, Jump Start Trial, or grooming tools. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we have reason to believe a customer is attempting to abuse our return policy or is not acting in good faith.

2. If the issue with the product seems to involve damage, spoilage, contamination, counterfeiting, or similar concerns, you might prefer that we send you a replacement, in which case we will investigate the issue and provide an exchange or other reasonable accommodation.
