If, for any reason, the nutritional program doesn't fully meet your expectations after your initial trial period for your furry friend, we are here to support you in returning your latest, unopened product within 30 days from the day of purchase.

But how does the return process function? It's straightforward! Just get in touch with our dedicated team of customer service representatives via phone or email, and they will promptly furnish you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is crucial as it's a prerequisite for all refund inquiries. Upon obtaining your RMA number, we will swiftly dispatch a return label to the email address we have on record. No email? No problem! We're more than happy to assist by sending the printed return label directly to the address we have on file. Product must be returned to us in an undamaged / re-sellable condition. So, please repackage all items!

Do note that eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as shipping costs. Regrettably, due to the nature of specific products, refunds cannot be provided for them.

Transparency is a core value for us, and we'd like to clarify that the initial Jump Start Trial, which carries no product cost, isn't eligible for a refund. Moreover, returns for our Pack Pak are not within the scope of our return policy. However, when it comes to certain Ruff Dog Toys, we wholeheartedly stand behind their quality, backed by a lifetime guarantee.
